We’re leaving for California in 2½ days – early Saturday morning. I have *so* much to do I can’t even think straight. So why am I blogging? Cause I had to take a break from being hunched over the sewing machines to stretch out the kink in my back, and to nurse the poor 2½-year old who seems to think that she will just perish if she doesn’t have her “bubu” RIGHT NOW.

I have 30 pairs of shoes to finish assembling, 12 loads of laundry to fold, 1 suitcase, 2 vacuum bags, 2 boxes and 3-4 small bags to pack, 1 spare tire to go pick up, errands to run, about 10 programs to install on the new laptop, 1 doggy to drop off at the kennel, 25 gift certificates & brochures to print out, money to withdraw so we have some cash on hand, directions to 3 people’s houses to print out —- is there enough time left to get all of that done without having a breakdown at some point?
