Christmas 2005

Christmas is over thank goodness. Santa was good to us all and the girls are very happy with their presents.

Together the girls got a beautiful handmade play stand and canopy (made by Brian’s Woodshop), a whole zoo of Little People animals and a very loud set of wooden musical instruments.

Lakin got a bunch of chapter books — Arthur, Magic Treehouse and a fairy series from Zeb. Addah got pink boots so she can stomp while singing her favorite Laurie Berkner song “Boots! Boots! B-O-O-T-S!“.

They each got a pair of Mama-made socks, which they have worn every day — which yes, means I have socks to wash every night, but that’s a-okay with me. I’m just thrilled they love their socks!

Merry Christmas to all!
