Oh, To Be Three

I know, the point of Wordless Wednesday is to not use… words. However, I haven’t done a Wordless Wednesday in a long time, and I thought the pictures alone might seem kind of random without a little explanation. So, without further adieu, myself and my beautiful girls, all approximately the same age – three!

Heather ~ Age 3 (1982)
Lakin ~ Age 3 (2004)
Addah (showing us her mean face) ~ Age 3 (2005)

And in case you’re wondering what Lakin’s doing on the upside down chair in her trashed play room with her hair flying sideways all willy-nilly… she’s pretending that she’s on a choo-choo train! Here she is in a short video that cracks me up every single time I see it!

I’m linking up several places today for Wordless Wednesday!

I like to write about appreciating all of the beautiful little things that surround us, particularly in the face of grief, infant loss and mental health issues. Every day is an adventure!

Three is the age that I start to have memories. It’s such a pivotal time in all our lives.
